One of the largest drugstore chains in Brazil needed robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard its vast exposure surface. We implemented a range of solutions, including SOC, CSIRT, and SOAR as a service. These measures strengthened their cybersecurity defenses and led to a long-term relationship involving both service delivery and product resale.

The challenge
The drugstore chain faced significant risks due to its hybrid IT architecture, which combined on-premises and cloud systems. The vast exposure surface required immediate protection and rapid incident response to mitigate threats and secure the environment effectively.
The solution
We employed a broad range of solutions, from SOC, CSIRT, and SEcTools including PA Cortex and Prisma, to SOAR as a service/automation and SEIM as a service (ArcSight). We also provided Threat Intel.
