One of the largest drugstore chains in Brazil needed to protect a huge exposure surface. Its hybrid IT architecture - based both on premises and on the cloud - made things more complicated. A rapid incident response was critical for protecting the environment.

We employed a broad range of solutions, from SOC, CSIRT, and SEcTools including PA Cortex and Prisma, to SOAR as a service/automation and SEIM as a service (ArcSight). We also provided Threat Intel.

This resulted in a long-term relationship for both service delivery and for product resale. Cipher is now seen by the client as a trusted advisor. The company was the first client in the region to adopt xMDR and is now the heaviest user of Incident Response automation.
